This year’s Hardy Cup greenfield camping experience, which will take place over the weekend of 28th – 29th June.
For those not familiar with the event, it’s a fantastic back to basics camping experience whereby teams can compete for the trophy, or alternatively, teams that need some guidance can take part and enjoy exactly the same experience for fun, whilst coached by their own Troop Leader(s).
Please see full details attached (note that this is a 1st draft and subject to change nearer the time). To those of you named within the attached as providing campsite equipment, I’ll be in-touch separately to confirm whether you’re okay to support again this year…
There’s no limit on the number of teams.
The deadline for signups is Saturday 14th June. Note that I’ll also need to know details of any leaders who will be coming by the same date, to allow me to include you on the NAN form. Please could I request that, if possible, signups are completed significantly ahead of the deadline to enable me to order the correct number of camp blanket badges.
