First Response delivery methods
First Response learning currently consists of two components: Theoretical Learning (often referred to as 10A) and a coached practical session (often referred to as 10B).
There are three recommended delivery models available, and in all of them, learners are required to attend a face-to-face coached practical session.

We, in Mid Sussex, can offer the blended or the Face-to-Face method. There are other options available in the online or external courses. We believe that getting hands-on is the best way of learning and do not offer the online option. We will try and persuade you to do some physical CPR!
