2026 is an important year for Scouting in West Sussex: we want to offer an even better programme to more young people, giving them the skills and values to become better adults which make the world a better place. Joe Rogerson and Julia Kielstra joined us as the new County Lead Volunteer and Deputy CLV on 1 January 2026. They’ll be with us for at least the next three years, and they have a plan for how we can realise our ambitions. Come meet them and hear about their vision for the success of Scouting in West Sussex.
